If the Desktop or Headset application becomes unresponsive it is recommended that you simply restart both applications.
Make sure that the headset is set up, see the quick start guide for instructions on how to set up the headset.
Check the top panel on your desktop, does it say connected or disconnected? If it says disconnected check to make sure you're connected to a consistent WiFi signal.
Check the remote server url in both desktop and headset settings, make sure they are both: `https://devexpandxr.com`.
If the headset status says LOCKED in the desktop home screen, close and reopen both the headset and desktop app.
