Mac Installation

1. Navigate to the downloads page and click the "download" button for the Mac version of the launcher. A file named "ExpandXR-Launcher.zip" will begin downloading.

2. When the download is complete, open your downloads folder and find the "ExpandXR-Launcher.app" file.

3. Move the .app file to your "Applications" folder.

4. Now you can open the launcher!

Note: Your Mac may flag this as an unrecognized app, if this happens go to the security and privacy section in your settings, scroll all the way down, then click "Open Anyway".

5. Proceed to the launcher guide at the bottom of the installation page for instructions on how to navigate the launcher itself.

1. Navigate to the downloads page on your computer's browser, then click on the app store icon at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: ExpandXR is unlisted in the app store, meaning you'll need the link to access the app page, you won't be able to find it by searching the name.

2. The installation process is very easy, it’s like installing any app on the Apple Store. Select the app and press Get. Once it has downloaded you’ll see it in your applications folder.

3. Then just double-click the app icon to open the app.

1. Navigate to the downloads page and scroll to the section with standalone versions. 

2. Click the download button for the Mac version of the app that you want to download (usually the build at the top of the list). A file named "VERSION_NUMBER.zip" will begin downloading.

3. When the download is complete, open your downloads folder and find the "ExpandXR.app" file. It may be inside a folder with the name of the version.

4. Move the .app file to your "Applications" folder.

5. Now you should be able to open ExpandXR like any other app on your Mac!

Note: Your Mac may flag this as an unrecognized app when opening it for the first time, if this happens navigate to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Security, then click "Open Anyway". If you don't see "Open Anyway" as an option try opening ExpandXR again.
