Noor Abou-Rass is a fourth-year undergraduate student at Wayne State University. She will be graduating this year with her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and will be starting her Master’s in Public Health. Her goal is to attend medical school in the future and continue to be active in research.
Noor is currently working on the Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Mental Health of Syrian Refugee Youth in Metro Detroit study, which is funded through the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) at Wayne State University. She is also contributing to the Stress Risk and Resilience in Syrian and Iraqi Refugees and Survivors of Torture project.
